Liina Nilsson is an artist and vj from Sweden. She  will be staying at HIAP (Helsinki International Artist-in-residence Programme) during the months of January and February, in the framework of HIAP + Pixelache Nordic Artist Residency.

During her residency she is working on a new video performance tool called NYX. Her plan is to experiment with accelerometers and several Arduino units, creating a very tactile living VJ tool that can be played, shaken and moved to create different cut-ups, mixes and effects.
