Ultrasound is a new three day international festival exploring the territory of experimental sound and electronic music. Ultrasound 2002 presents a diverse programme including live performance, conference, software showcase, workshop and clubnight.

Ultrasound is programmed and produced by the Digital Research Unit, a creative intitiative of The Media Centre, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England.

Medialounge
Located at The Media Centre, Huddersfield, Medialounge is an exhibition space designed to
showcase creative excellence in the fields of
digital, network and interactive media.

Digital Research Unit / DRU /
The DRU creative research and production programme initiates, supports and disseminates creative research and production activities in digital, interactive, and network media, linking artists, researchers, academics, and creative networks.

DRU consists of three core strands; DRU Residency Programme, DRU Research Programme and DRU Commissioning Programme.
