The second pikseliÄHKY - audiovisual LAB will be set up in KIASMA Museum of Contemporary Art, Mother and Jumo Jazz Club. The event will feature four days of screenings, performances, workshops, presentations, installations, VJ jamming sessions, clubs and discussions. Come and play with us!

Kiasma is the main venue for this year's pikseliÄHKY. All live performances from The Light Surgeons' worldwide famous APB [All Points Between] live performance to screenings are taking place in Kiasma Theatre. Workshops are held in more intimate and informal space in Kiasma seminar room at the groundfloor. www.kiasma.fi

PikseliÄHKY Club on Friday night will feature intelligent beats from our local hero Brothomstates (Warp Records), electronic dub from Stockholm by Johan Skugge (Source Records) and a special audiovisual session from Montreal by the SAT[mix_sessions] crew: Maxime [DJ Champion aka DJ Mad Max] Morin with VJs K-Project, EXP3, Jocool and Hein?. The official Saturday ÄHKY party will take place at Jumo Jazz Club, 21:00-03:00. Small and intimate club with excellent sound system and a special visual setup for pikseliÄHKY. The night will feature glitchy electronic sound from Andreas Tilliander, Karri O. and Verhaverbeke Krzyzosiak, live audiovisual breakbeat session by Sick Lincoln vs /f0 and visuals by Naive, Under Control, Kurssa Sarcastik and VJ Anyone! www.umo.fi/jumo.
