 
Naive (SE)
Naive is a creative vehicle used by Henrik Axlund. Naive is used
mainly for performance and interactive art, although there are no set of
rules concerning naive existence.
In not beeing a persona, naive also allows for cooperation behind the
wheel.
Henrik is born Swedish but naive has always liked sharing his time between
different countries.
Naive has been working a lot with Finnish artists and is currently based in
both Finland and Sweden.
One of naive main occupations has always been live visual work, the stuff that
is often referred to as vj'ing.
Using computers and cameras old and new and what have you to mix visual sources
live.
Naive vj both in club/party environments and concerts and arty contexts.
The great thing about naive vj'ing is the lack of borders between these worlds.
Visuals used in galleries and theatres can be brought into clubland and vice
versa.
Lately naive has been working a lot with dance performance visuals, but hasn't
forgotten the party.
Naive favourite gigs so far was Koneisto festival 2002 and output project 2001.
